We've heard the many repeated requests and are finally able to start offering scrapple made from our 100% pasture raised pork! Slice into 1/4"-1/2" thick pieces and fry in a pan over medium heat until golden brown, then flip and repeat on the other side. Scrapple can be served many ways....with ketchup, maple syrup, or the true Pennsylvania Dutch way...with apple butter and horseradish. This is one of the easiest ways to eat "nose to tail", as scrapple is actually made with the most nutritious parts of the animal.
