Unlike the grocery store corned beef that's loaded with chemicals, preservatives, and nitrates, ours is simply brined in a mixture of Redmond Sea Salt and various spices.  We start with our 100% grass fed Beef Brisket, brine it for at least 7-10 days, and then vacuum seal in all of that flavor!  Slow cook in the crockpot or oven and serve with cabbage, potatoes, and carrots for a traditional Irish meal.  Dice leftovers and cook with onions and potatoes for corned beef hash.  Or slowly roast it in your smoker to add a beautiful crust before slicing for sandwiches.  The options are endless!
