Ground Turkey is one of the easiest ways to make pasture raised turkey part of your everyday meals—and ours isn't made from mystery trim.

We make our Premium Ground Turkey from a 90/10 blend of Turkey Breast and Turkey Thigh meat. The breast keeps it lean while the thigh brings additional moisture and flavor, creating a ground turkey that's versatile enough for almost anything you'd normally make with ground meat.

It's packaged in convenient 1 lb portions, making it an easy protein to keep stocked in the freezer for quick weeknight meals.

Lean Without Sacrificing Flavor

Very lean ground turkey can be dry and bland. By combining breast and thigh meat, our 90/10 blend strikes a balance between lean white meat and the richer flavor of dark meat.

Brown it in a skillet for tacos, form it into burgers or meatballs, add it to chili or pasta sauce, or use it anywhere you'd like a lighter alternative to Ground Beef.

Raised Differently at Tussock Sedge Farm

Our turkeys are raised on pasture and moved onto fresh grass twice each day, where they forage naturally on grasses, clover, insects and other plants.

Alongside what they forage on pasture, they're supplemented with a nutritionally balanced organic feed made without corn or soy.

What's growing beneath their feet matters too. Our pastures are 100% zero spray—we don't use herbicides, pesticides or fungicides, including sprays approved for organic production. We also never use antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.

Our turkeys are harvested right here at Tussock Sedge Farm using calm, low-stress handling from beginning to end.
