Our Regular Uncured Bacon is made from pasture-raised pork and prepared the old-fashioned way, with a simple cure and plenty of time to develop its rich, savory flavor. We then smoke it over applewood, giving the bacon a smooth, slightly sweet smoke that complements the natural flavor of the pork without overpowering it.
