Pork Roll is very much a regional food, being especially popular throughout New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. We're thrilled to introduce a version of this classic that has absolutely no junk, no fillers, no sugar, and is made from a blend of our Pasture Raised Pork, some spices, and Redmond Sea Salt. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and cook each slice of pork roll until it's golden brown. Serve with eggs, on a sandwich, or by itself.
