Good sausage starts with good pork. Our sausage links are made from the richly flavored meat and fat of our slowly grown heritage breed pigs, then seasoned in a variety of flavors for an easy meal that's anything but ordinary.

Keep a few packages in the freezer and you always have the beginning of dinner — grill them, brown them in a skillet, roast them with vegetables or slice them into pasta, soups and other dishes.

More Than a Sausage on a Roll

Serve them whole from the grill, roast them alongside potatoes and vegetables, slice them into pasta or tomato sauce, add them to soups and stews, or remove the casing and use the seasoned pork in recipes.

Raised Differently

Our heritage breed pigs spend their lives outside in our fields and woods, where they're free to root, forage, explore and wallow.

They naturally forage on grasses, clover, roots, berries, nuts and whatever else they find throughout the seasons. Alongside what they forage, they're supplemented with a nutritionally balanced organic feed made without corn or soy.

We raise them slowly, give them plenty of space, and never use antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.
