Our most premium roast and it's cut from steak. This can be coated in a salty garlic & herb mixture then roasted and sliced, slow cooked and shredded for pulled bbq beef, cooked in au jus for hot roast been sandwiches, or even thinly sliced for Roast Beef lunch meat. Lean and super flavorful....it's one of our favorites. The leanest roast available that will still fall apart (if desired) when prepared in a slow cooker. Try covering the roast in a bbq dry rub before slow cooking in the crockpot with very little liquid (1/2 cup or less). Shred the meat and then toss with your favorite vinegar or tomato based bbq sauce for easy Pulled Beef BBQ.
