Our Grass Fed Beef Sampler brings together some of our most popular and approachable Beef cuts in one convenient box. With at least 12 pounds of Beef and a $225+ individual retail value, it's an easy way to experience what makes Tussock Sedge Beef different without committing to one of our larger freezer-filling options.
This isn't a box filled with Ground Beef and one or two token extras. We've built the Sampler to give you a genuine taste of the variety our cattle provide — from a premium New York Strip Steak and Ranch Steaks to a slow-cooking Chuck Roast, along with the everyday favorites families reach for again and again.
Everything comes already butchered, vacuum sealed, frozen, and ready for your freezer.

Our cattle are 100% Grass Fed & Grass Finished with no grain and raised on our chemical-free regenerative pastures.
We don't rush them, either. Our cattle grow slowly on grass for more than three years, often up to 42 months, giving them time to mature and develop the deep Beef flavor we're looking for.
Every item is individually packaged and frozen for convenient freezer storage.

Our Ranch Family Box expands the same idea to 25+ pounds, while our larger Bulk Beef options continue all the way to 400+ pounds.
Cut and package weights naturally vary. Every Sampler contains at least 12 pounds of packaged Beef. If necessary, additional Ground Beef may be included to reach the guaranteed minimum weight. Comparable substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be made when an included product is unavailable.
