We've sourced this marvelous Organic Indonesian from the north of Sumatra. Grown and harvested by family-operated farmers along the volcanic-lake shores of Lake Toba, this coffee captured our dark-roast loving hearts.
These cup profile notes are incredible, featuring flavors of cedar, cardamom, and baker's chocolate. We think those looking for rich and distinct coffees have a new contender on their hands.
