You've never experienced a Pork Chop like this.  Our 100% pasture raised Pork Chops have a deep color and are full of buttery soft marbling.  As I remind people all of the time, do not trim the fat,...EAT IT.  It is amazingly delicious and chock full of Vitamin D.  Pan sear or grill for a few minutes on each side for a perfect chop.  Best cooked to medium with a little pink in the middle.
