Pork Rib Roast

A beautiful roast dinner starts with flavorful pork—and a little patience in the oven. Our Pork Rib Roast offers tender meat and rich pork flavor in a manageable 2–3 lb. size, making it a wonderful choice for a Sunday supper, a small gathering or a special family meal.

Season simply with salt, pepper, garlic and your favorite herbs, then roast until the outside is beautifully browned and the center stays juicy. Serve with roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables or warm apples for a comforting meal worth gathering around.

Pasture-Raised With Care

Our pigs are raised on pasture, with room to root, explore and express their natural behaviors. Their feed is made with organic ingredients and contains no corn or soy. They are raised without antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.

That care is part of our commitment to producing flavorful food while tending the land through regenerative farming practices.

How to Cook Your Rib Roast

Thaw completely in the refrigerator before cooking. Pat dry and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic and herbs such as rosemary or thyme.

Place in a shallow roasting pan and roast in a preheated 325°F oven. Use a meat thermometer to check the thickest part of the meat, avoiding any bone. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, then remove from the oven and rest for at least 3 minutes. A 10–15 minute rest makes carving easier and gives the juices time to settle.

Cooking time varies with the roast’s shape and thickness, so use temperature rather than the clock to determine when it is ready. Slice and serve with the pan juices.

Package Size

Each roast averages 2–3 lb. Individual weights vary.
