We LOVE biscotti in our house but nearly every version sold in stores is made with vegetable oils which we do not eat.  These amazing biscotti are made with truly nourishing ingredients including Einkorn flour, grass fed butter, and maple syrup.  Choose from 3 incredible flavors!

New to Einkorn? Ancient Einkorn is the most primitive form of wheat on Earth. It is high in vitamins and nutrients, and contains a different type of gluten.  Many folks who are sensitive to gluten report that they are able to enjoy Einkorn baked goods.
