These sticky buns are made by rolling out a rich buttery Einkorn sourdough, then spreading a maple cinnamon mixture over the surface before rolling and cutting into individual rolls. Best served warm in a bowl with a little milk poured over them.
Our Einkorn sourdough breads are made locally right here in PA by Walnut Run Bakery using traditional sourdough baking techniques.
