Add it to coffee or tea, make whipped cream or ice cream, pour over fresh berries or granola, or simply eat by the spoonful. Lightly pasteurized according to PA law, we highly recommend the consumption of heavy cream. Nutritionally speaking, cream (fat) and the vitamins in it are safe from damage during a gentle pasteurization process whereas the proteins (found in milk) are easily damaged, which is why we fully support raw milk. Heavy cream is an EXCELLENT source of Vitamin A and K2.
