If you enjoy a good surprise—and a great deal—our Mixed Meat Grab Bag is for you. Each bag contains a randomly selected assortment with at least $125 in regular retail value for just $75.

These are flavorful foods that don’t quite meet our usual standards for individual sale. A cut might be an unusual shape, have uneven thickness or less marbling than typical, or have a package that has lost its vacuum seal. Those differences give you an opportunity to enjoy our food at a substantial savings.

What Might Be Inside?

Your bag may include beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb or wild-caught seafood, depending on what is available when we pack it.

Every bag is different. The number of packages, total weight, species and cuts will vary. A bag may contain several types of meat or a selection from fewer species; no particular item or combination is guaranteed.

This is a surprise assortment, so we cannot accommodate requests for specific cuts or species. If you need to avoid a particular meat or seafood, choose individually listed products instead.

More Value, Less Waste

These grab bags help us make good use of cuts and packages that might otherwise be overlooked. You get an economical way to stock your freezer, try something different and build meals around what arrives.

Use each package according to its cut: roast, grill, pan-fry or simmer as appropriate. Keep frozen until needed and thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.

Understanding the Imperfections

Some packages may have lost their vacuum seal, and some cuts may show cosmetic differences from our standard products. A loose vacuum seal is a packaging imperfection; it does not by itself tell you whether food is safe. If anything appears damaged or questionable when you receive your bag, contact us before using it.
