A good breakfast sausage should have plenty of pork flavor, a nicely browned outside and just the right amount of seasoning. Our Breakfast Sausage Links start with the richly flavored meat and fat of our slowly grown heritage breed pigs and come in several varieties to keep breakfast interesting.

Smaller than our full-size Pork Sausage Links, these are made specifically for the breakfast plate with 6 links in each half-pound package.

Made for Breakfast

Brown them in a skillet alongside eggs, serve them with pancakes or French toast, tuck them into a breakfast sandwich, or add them to a big weekend breakfast spread.

They're also conveniently sized for smaller meals when you don't need a full-size sausage.

Raised Differently

Our heritage breed pigs spend their lives outside in our fields and woods, where they're free to root, forage, explore and wallow.

They naturally forage on grasses, clover, roots, berries, nuts and whatever else they find throughout the seasons. Alongside what they forage, they're supplemented with a nutritionally balanced organic feed made without corn or soy.

We raise them slowly, give them plenty of space, and never use antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.
