VERY LIMITED! This ultra premium, ultra rare pork chop is cut just like a Beef Porterhouse Steak, with the loin on one side of the bone and the tenderloin filet on the other. We almost always remove the tenderloin from the pig as a whole piece, but occasionally we leave it on to be included as part of the pork chop.
