A favorite in our household

Slightly sour and naturally sweet, if you're new to fermented foods, ginger carrots are one of the easiest to try first! Excellent on tacos or as a side item with any meat.

We like to sprinkle some raisins on top of these carrots for a delicious side item.

Raw fermented foods are excellent sources of probiotics which increase overall gut health.

IMPORTANT: Our traditionally prepared Lacto Fermented Foods contain no preservatives and must be stored in the refrigerator.

Unopened, they will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
