Made from scratch using only local and natural ingredients.  Slather on some grass fed butter, some raw honey, or serve with corn free/soy free pasture raised eggs and sausage patties or bacon.  Either way, you'll notice the difference that comes with old world style bread.

Why sourdough?

Sourdough bread contains many health benefits including higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than other breads, along with lower levels of phytates.  Sourdough products are typically digested much easier, as the gluten has been broken down during the fermentation process.
