Turkey Tenderloin may be one of the most overlooked cuts on the bird—and one of the easiest to cook.

The tenderloin is the naturally tender strip of white meat found beneath the Turkey Breast. It's boneless, lean and incredibly versatile, giving you all the convenience of a simple filet without having to prepare a larger roast or whole bird.

Each package contains two approximately 8 oz Turkey Tenderloin Filets, already portioned and ready for an easy dinner.

One of the Easiest Cuts of Turkey to Cook

Turkey Tenderloins cook much more quickly than a whole Turkey Breast and can be prepared almost anywhere you'd normally use a boneless chicken breast.

Season them simply and sear them in a skillet, put them on the grill, roast them with vegetables, or slice them into medallions for an even faster meal. Their mild flavor also makes them a great starting point for marinades, spice rubs and sauces.

With two filets in each package, there's very little prep involved. They're an especially useful cut to keep in the freezer when you want a high-quality pasture raised protein without planning an elaborate meal around it.

Raised Differently at Tussock Sedge Farm

Our turkeys are raised on pasture and moved onto fresh grass twice each day, where they forage naturally on grasses, clover, insects and other plants.

Alongside what they forage on pasture, they're supplemented with a nutritionally balanced organic feed made without corn or soy.

What's growing beneath their feet matters too. Our pastures are 100% zero spray—we don't use herbicides, pesticides or fungicides, including sprays approved for organic production. We also never use antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.

Our turkeys are harvested right here at Tussock Sedge Farm using calm, low-stress handling from beginning to end.
