This Ethiopian coffee was the brainchild of our head roaster. He felt that decaf lovers had been an afterthought in the specialty coffee movement and wanted to find a bean that was so delicious you’d never know it was decaffeinated. This coffee is smooth, bright, and vibrant with berry notes.
The decaffeination process
All of our decaf coffees are “Water Processed”. That means no chemicals were used in the decaffeination process, only filtered water. Awesome.
This decaffeinated coffee is brought to a Medium Roast to accentuate the mild berry and nutty flavors inherent in this Ethiopian bean.
