Our freezer filling "1/8th Beef" includes approximately 40 pounds of our pasture raised, 100% grass fed and grass finished beef steaks, roasts, and ground. We hand select a balanced mix of cuts for the categories below based on current inventory. Please note that each category does not guarantee all of the items listed. Every item is flash frozen and vacuum sealed in extra thick packaging for long term storage in your freezer.
What Do I Get?
- 8+ lbs of Beef Steaks (Ribeye, NY Strip, Ranch, Skirt, Picanha, Tri-Tip, Bavette, Sirloin, London Broil, etc.)
- 12+ lbs of Beef Roasts and Slow Cooking Items (Chuck, Brisket, Shank, Short Ribs, etc.)
- 18+ lbs of Ground Beef (1 lb. each)
- Other Assorted Beef Cuts (Fajita Strips, Beef Cubes, Chipped Steak, Beef Sausage, and/or more!)
All weights are approximate. If you have specific requests or preferences (ie. favorite cuts of meat, marbled vs lean meat, ingredient allergies, etc.), please include a note in the "Special Instructions" field during the checkout process and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.
