Fresh peaches are our favorite summer treat!

The peaches in grocery stores were bred to store well and be transported long distances without bruising. Those commercial varieties tend to lack flavor and depth though. That's why we only eat fruit when it's in season, as the varieties grown locally offer INCREDIBLE flavor! We source from orchards that use integrated pest management practices, which is a fancy way of saying that they use methods like predatory insects and "trap" plants as alternatives to chemicals whenever possible.
