Beef & Bacon Hamburger Patties

Take a great Beef burger and add bacon right into the patty. Our Beef & Bacon Hamburger Patties combine our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished Ground Beef with our uncured Beef Bacon, creating an exceptionally rich, juicy burger with smoky bacon flavor in every bite.

And despite the name, there's no pork here. These patties are all Beef — Ground Beef and Beef Bacon — making them a unique alternative to an ordinary bacon cheeseburger.

Each package contains 4 generous patties, approximately 5–6 oz each. They're already formed and ready to go straight onto the grill or into a hot skillet.

Beef Bacon Blended Right Into the Burger

Rather than simply putting strips of bacon on top, the Beef Bacon is ground directly into the patties. That distributes its smoky flavor and richness throughout the burger while adding natural fat that helps the patties stay juicy as they cook.

100% Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished

Both the Ground Beef and Beef Bacon begin with our cattle, raised slowly on pasture for more than 36 months, often up to 42 months. They're 100% grass-fed and grass-finished — never grain-fed — and graze the diverse forage growing across our zero-spray pastures.

We raise our cattle without antibiotics, hormones or vaccines. Our Beef is dry-aged and expertly butchered locally.

Cooking Your Beef & Bacon Burgers

These patties already have plenty of flavor, so they don't need much. Season lightly if desired and cook on a hot grill or skillet. The Beef Bacon adds richness as it cooks, so avoid pressing down on the patties and losing those flavorful juices.
