Made from our roasts by cutting into 1-2" pieces, these beef cubes are the perfect base for a hearty stew. Looking for something different than the usual Beef Stew, try this Asian inspired recipe:
3-4 pounds beef cubes
1/2 C Broth
1/2 C Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
2 T Honey or Brown Sugar
4 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 T Toasted Sesame Oil
1 T fresh Ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on warm for 24 hours or low for 12 hours. Top with sesame seeds, sliced green onion, and serve over your favorite rice.
