If there's one Beef product we recommend keeping in your freezer at all times, this is it. Our 80/20 Ground Beef is our most popular Ground Beef blend, with the classic balance of lean beef and natural fat that delivers great flavor while remaining incredibly versatile.

It's the Ground Beef we reach for when there isn't one particular recipe in mind. Make thick, juicy burgers, brown it for tacos, simmer it into chili or pasta sauce, shape it into meatballs or meatloaf, or simply cook it in a skillet with your favorite seasonings. The 80/20 blend has enough natural fat for excellent flavor and browning without being as rich as our 70/30 blend.

100% Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished

Even with something as simple as Ground Beef, how the cattle are raised makes a difference. Our cattle spend their lives on pasture and are raised slowly for more than 36 months, often up to 42 months. They are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished — never grain-fed — and graze the diverse forage growing across our zero-spray pastures.

We raise our cattle without antibiotics, hormones or vaccines and give them the time needed to mature and finish naturally on grass. Our beef is dry-aged, expertly butchered locally, vacuum sealed and flash frozen while very fresh.
