Our wild caught Alaskan weathervane scallops have a sweet flavor and a melt in your mouth texture. Wild caught scallops are a low fat, high protein shellfish and are a great source of potassium and selenium. Our scallops are shucked and frozen at sea to maintain the highest quality.  Our wild caught scallops are packaged frozen in a 1.2lb vacuum sealed bag.

Wild for Salmon scallops are dry packaged, which means no sulfates, water or preservatives have been added to enhance color or add weight.

The 20/30 are our medium sized scallops and contain 20/30 scallops.

How to cook weathervane scallops
