After trimming and shaping our incredible uncured hams, these "ends" are perfect for making burnt ham ends, any type of casserole, chopped and mixed into scrambled eggs, used in soups, or added to any other recipe.  Much like bacon, the flavor of ham takes any dish to the next level.

Our slowly grown heritage breed pigs spend their entire life being raised humanely on grass pastures and are always:
