This Beef Liver is from our own herd.  Availability does fluctuate due to the incredible demand for natures most nutrient dense food.  We try to keep this in stock as much as possible.

Alternatively, we will cut liver (and heart) into 1/2-1 oz sized pieces, freeze on a cookie sheet, and once frozen store in a freezer container or bag.  Once a day, grab one frozen piece of each, toss them into a blender with at least a 1/4 cup of tart cherry juice, and make a nutrient dense shooter to sip or just drink all at once.
