This Beef Liver is from our own herd.  Availability does fluctuate due to the incredible demand for natures most nutrient dense food.  We try to keep this in stock as much as possible.

Eating liver from pasture raised animals is quite simply one of the EASIEST ways to improve your health through diet.  When sourced from healthy, 100% grass fed cows, liver is loaded with a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Alternatively, we will cut liver (and heart) into 1/2-1 oz sized pieces, freeze on a cookie sheet, and once frozen store in a freezer container or bag.  Once a day, grab one frozen piece of each, toss them into a blender with at least a 1/4 cup of tart cherry juice, and make a nutrient dense shooter to sip or just drink all at once.
