While our Beef & Pork Summer Sausage is one of our most popular items, especially for snacks/picnics/lunches, many of you have asked for something similar that is all beef. We're thrilled to introduce our brand new All Beef Ring Bologna. Hand made using old-world Bavarian techniques, this Bologna is ready to slice and enjoy along side your favorite fruit and cheese. It can also be pan seared in butter or lard and used in all sorts of recipes.
