Who needs a multi-vitamin when you have these? Super easy to prepare as well! Simply sauté in butter, olive oil, lard, or your favorite fat (ours is Bacon drippings) for 2 to 3 minutes per side, then season with sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
