✓ Whole, Unseparated Wings — Drumette, Flat & Tip
✓ Approximately 2 lb per Pack
✓ Excellent Skin for Crisping
✓ Slow-Growing Heritage Breed Chicken
✓ Moved to Fresh Grass Twice Daily
✓ Organic Feed Made Without Corn or Soy
Our Chicken Wings are left whole, with the drumette, flat and wing tip still connected. Nothing is trimmed away, giving you a substantial whole wing with plenty of skin to turn beautifully crisp.
Each package averages about 2 pounds. Leave them whole for roasting, grilling or smoking, or easily separate the drumette and flat yourself before cooking.
The chickens we raise for individual cuts are intentionally grown larger and given nearly 3 months to develop. They're raised outdoors on pasture and moved to fresh grass twice every day, where they forage naturally through grasses, clover, bugs and other plants and insects.
They're supplemented with a nutritionally balanced organic feed made without corn or soy and raised without antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.
Pat the wings thoroughly dry and season with salt, pepper and your favorite spices. For especially crisp skin, toss them with a small amount of baking powder before cooking.
Roast on a rack at 425°F for about 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until deeply browned and crisp. Serve simply seasoned or toss with your favorite wing sauce.
Package size: Whole, unseparated Chicken Wings, approximately 2 lb average package weight.
