Our own Chipped Steak (1lb package) made by slicing our leanest steaks paper thin. Pan fry to make the traditional Philly Cheese Steak, use in a stir fry, make 3-minute "steak & eggs", or make a quick soup by cooking the meat in bone broth. Always 100% grass-fed and pastured, no grains or GMOs.
This farmers favorite breakfast is chipped steak and eggs. In a cast iron pan, melt butter before adding approximately 1/4 pound of chipped steak to one half of the pan. On the other half, crack 2 eggs, making sure the yolks remain intact. Stir chipped steak while it cooks, then serve "sunny side up" eggs over the meat, season with salt/pepper, and enjoy!
