The favorite roast in our household, a Chuck has plenty of marbling which provides amazing flavor! Cook low and slow in the oven or crockpot for the most tender, fall apart roast beef. Place a layer of root vegetables beneath the roast, season everything with salt/pepper/herbs, add some red wine then cook on low for at least 8-10 hours.
