We are THRILLED to announce the brand new for the summer of 2022, our semi-private dinner in the field series! Imagine being seated at an immaculately set table in one of our fields, with long distance views of our pastures and a cattle herd just in the distance, and the two brothers of @servisevents who are professional-turned-private chefs waiting to take you on a culinary journey which will delight your senses. These "carnivore inspired", nose to tail 7-8 course meals will be prepared tableside, in the field, using only the highest quality grass fed and pasture raised meats from our farm for a true "farm to table" experience. You'll be guided through the meal as these passionate chefs explain each course in detail. You'll also have some of your farmers alongside to provide additional insight as to how the food went from field to fork.
Due to the intimate nature of these evenings, each dinner will initially be capped at around 15 guests to ensure you have an UNFORGETTABLE experience.
The first gathering of the season will take place on May 28. A meet and greet with the farmers and chefs will begin at 5:30pm with complimentary champagne, followed by a magical adventure of food at 6:00, with each course being presented in ways unimaginable, complete with complimentary wine pairings. These are adult only events - guests must be 18 years of age or older. (Champagne and wine will only be shared with ages 21+) Tickets are now being sold through our online store in the “Tours and Events” section. Additional dates throughout the summer and fall will be added in the very near future. If you’re looking for a unique gift or anniversary present, tickets to one of these dinners would be simply unforgettable.
These are "rain or shine" - if inclement weather arises we will either put up a canopy or move the setting into one of our barns.
