THIS IS A DEPOSIT ONLY.  Whole Tenderloins are priced at $69.99/lb.  The remaining balance will be due once the actual weight is known and our team packs the order for pick up.  One deposit reserves one tenderloin.  If multiple tenderloins are needed, please select your desired quantity during the checkout process.

Due to extremely high demand of this very limited item, we are also offering Whole Tenderloins from the farm of our friends at Swiss Villa priced at $59.99/lb.  They raise beef using the exact same strict criteria as us - 100% grass fed & grass finished, pasture raised, and never any grains/hormones/antibiotics/vaccines.

Important Policies: 

COST: You are paying a deposit today to reserve your tenderloin.  When we have your order packed, we will credit the $50 deposit to the total purchase of your tenderloin, calculated at $69.99/lb. 

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel a tenderloin order, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  

This is quite simply the most luxurious cut of beef with a fork tender, melt in your mouth texture, and incredible beef flavor. 

Our 100% grass fed and pastured Whole Filet Mignon's typically range between 3 and 5 pounds, depending on the size of the animal. The most tender cut from the animal and one of the items with very limited availability that frequently sells out. If this is your favorite, never pass on the chance to order when it's available.

We recommend the reverse sear cooking method below.

  • Heat the oven to 225 F.
  • Rub the roast with butter or oil, then your favorite mix of herbs: ie. garlic, thyme, rosemary, plus salt and pepper
  • Roast until the internal temperature measured with an instant read thermometer or probe reads 125 degrees.
  • Remove and let rest for at least 10 minutes.
  • While resting, either heat the oven to 450(or broiler) or a cast iron pan on the stove top to high.
  • After resting, sear quickly on each side very briefly to add a nice brown color.
  • Slice and serve immediately.
