A collagen rich snack that is full of healthy fats and protein.

Roasted chicken skin is our FAVORITE snack! Season with salt or a dry rub, then roast on a rimmed cookie sheet in a 375 degree oven until they're crispy...you don't want them soft.  For us that is typically about 35-40 minutes.
