Grand Reserve 10-Year Aged Raw Cheddar Cheese

An entire decade of aging. An extraordinary depth of flavor.

Some foods simply can’t be rushed. Our Grand Reserve Raw Cheddar has been patiently aged for 10 full years, developing the rich flavor and distinctive texture that make exceptionally mature cheddar such a treat.

Each bite brings bold cheddar character with fruity, nutty notes and a remarkably creamy texture. Tiny crystals developed during aging add a delicate crunch—a detail cheese lovers appreciate in well-aged cheeses.

If you enjoy sharp cheddar, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience what another several years of patience can bring. Rich and complex without being overpowering, it’s delicious enough to enjoy all on its own.

Exceptional cheese starts with thoughtfully raised milk.

Made in small batches using raw A2/A2 milk from pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed cows, this cheddar reflects a commitment to traditional cheesemaking and quality ingredients.

The cows are raised without hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, or vaccines. Their grass-fed diet provides the foundation for flavorful, naturally nourishing milk.

Truly raw—gently warmed to no more than 102°F.

During cheesemaking, the milk is warmed to no more than 102°F, approximately a cow’s normal body temperature. It is never pasteurized.

This gentle approach helps retain heat-sensitive enzymes and other naturally occurring components of the original milk. Traditional cheese cultures and careful aging then develop the cheddar’s distinctive flavor and texture over time.

The term “raw cheese” alone doesn’t tell you the highest temperature used during cheesemaking. Here, that detail matters: the milk is gently warmed rather than exposed to the higher temperatures used in some other raw-milk cheesemaking processes.

Grass-fed nutrition and A2/A2 milk.

Grass-fed milk naturally contains omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). Research has found that milk from grass-fed cows generally contains more of these fats, along with a more favorable balance of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids, than conventional milk. Actual amounts vary with pasture, season, and other factors.

This cheese is also made with milk containing 100% A2 beta-casein protein, rather than the combination of A1 and A2 commonly found in conventional cow’s milk.

Some studies suggest A2 milk may be better tolerated by certain people who experience digestive discomfort with conventional milk. Individual responses vary, and those studies primarily concern milk rather than aged cheese.

A special cheese you don’t need a special occasion to enjoy.

Break off a few pieces and savor them slowly, or serve alongside sliced apples, pears, artisan crackers, and our beef sticks or summer sausage. Its concentrated flavor makes a small piece satisfying, and it brings something memorable to a cheese board.

For a fuller appreciation of its flavor and texture, let the portion you plan to serve sit briefly at room temperature before enjoying.

Whether you’re treating yourself or sharing with someone who loves cheddar, this is a delicious way to experience what a full decade of aging can create.

Package size: 5–6 oz block.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Wrap the remaining cheese well after opening.
