Great burgers without the extra prep. Our Beef Hamburger Patties are made from the same 80/20 Ground Beef that has become one of our most popular products, then formed into generously sized patties so they're ready to go straight from the package to the grill or skillet.

Each package contains 4 patties, approximately 5–6 oz each. The 80/20 balance gives them enough natural Beef fat to stay juicy and flavorful while developing a beautifully browned exterior.

Keep a few packages in the freezer for easy weeknight dinners, summer cookouts or anytime you want a great burger without having to thaw, portion and shape Ground Beef yourself.

100% Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished

Our patties come from cattle raised slowly on pasture for more than 36 months, often up to 42 months. They're 100% grass-fed and grass-finished — never grain-fed — and graze the diverse forage growing across our zero-spray pastures.

We raise our cattle without antibiotics, hormones or vaccines. Our Beef is dry-aged, expertly butchered locally, vacuum sealed and flash frozen while very fresh.

Cooking Your Burgers

Season simply with salt and pepper and cook on a hot grill, cast-iron skillet or griddle. Because these are substantial 5–6 oz patties, they work especially well as classic thick burgers rather than smash burgers. Avoid pressing down on the patties as they cook so those flavorful juices stay in the burger.
