Lean, smoky and incredibly versatile, our Canadian Bacon is made from Pork Loin rather than pork belly, giving it a tender, meaty texture with considerably less fat than traditional bacon.

Made with just pork, sea salt and honey, it's a remarkably simple version of this classic. Give the slices a quick sear in a skillet and they're ready for breakfast, sandwiches, pizza and plenty more.

Made From Pork Loin

Unlike traditional bacon, which comes from the belly, Canadian Bacon is made from the loin. That gives each slice a leaner, meatier texture while still delivering plenty of savory pork flavor.

More Than a Breakfast Meat

Brown a few slices alongside eggs, layer them onto an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, use them for Eggs Benedict, chop them into an omelet or quiche, or add them to homemade pizza.

It's also an easy way to add savory pork flavor to sandwiches, potatoes and quick skillet meals.

Our Canadian Bacon is made with just pork, sea salt and honey. That's it. No long ingredient list — just our pasture-raised heritage pork and a simple recipe that lets the flavor of the meat come through.

Raised Differently

Our heritage breed pigs spend their lives outside in our fields and woods, where they're free to root, forage, explore and wallow.

They naturally forage on grasses, clover, roots, berries, nuts and whatever else they find throughout the seasons. Alongside what they forage, they're supplemented with a nutritionally balanced organic feed made without corn or soy.

We raise them slowly, give them plenty of space, and never use antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.
