Not familiar with Canadian Bacon? It's made from a premium and tender cut, the loin. The same thing our amazing pork chops come from. We take the pork loins, brine with sea salt and honey, then smoke and slice. It's kind of like a cross between ham and bacon. Best served warm alongside your other breakfast favorites. We won't judge if you give yourself a little puddle of maple syrup to dip it in.
Canadian Bacon is lean, so either serve it straight from the package or give it just a quick warm up in a pan. Cooking long will dry it out.
