This is our families favorite breakfast meat and is incredibly nutrient dense!  A classic recipe made with the highest quality ingredients.

Scrapple is easy to prepare.  Over medium heat, melt butter/tallow/or lard in a pan.  Slice scrapple loaf into 1/4" thick slices and cook until each side has a nice golden sear.  Serve with maple syrup, ketchup, or apple butter.
