The most popular type of ribs!  A full rack of meaty Baby Back Ribs from our 100% pastured pigs.  Rub with your favorite bbq spices before slow cooking at a low temperature (275) in the oven until tender, then baste with bbq sauce and finish under the broiler or on the grill for incredibly tender and flavorful fall of the bone rib meat.
