You've never experienced a Pork Chop like this. 

Our 100% pasture raised Pork Chops are a deep red color and full of buttery soft marbling.  As we
remind people all of the time, do not trim the fat,...EAT IT.  The fat from slowly raised pigs on pasture is amazingly delicious and chock full of Vitamin D.  Pan sear or grill for a few minutes on each side for a perfect chop.  Best cooked to medium with a little pink in the middle.
