Made from our pasture-raised heritage pork and seasoned for that familiar country sausage flavor, they're an easy staple to keep in the freezer for weekday breakfasts, leisurely weekend mornings and breakfast-for-dinner.

Made for the Breakfast Skillet

Brown the patties in a skillet and serve alongside eggs, pancakes or potatoes, or tuck one into a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese.

They're also great crumbled after cooking for breakfast bowls, biscuits and gravy, casseroles or other recipes calling for breakfast sausage.

Raised Differently

Our heritage breed pigs spend their lives outside in our fields and woods, where they're free to root, forage, explore and wallow.

They naturally forage on grasses, clover, roots, berries, nuts and whatever else they find throughout the seasons. Alongside what they forage, they're supplemented with a nutritionally balanced organic feed made without corn or soy.

We raise them slowly, give them plenty of space, and never use antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.
