Simple Braised Pork Shank:
Season generously with salt and pepper, sear in a heavy pot until browned, then add broth, garlic, onions, and herbs. Cover and braise at 300°F for 2.5–3.5 hours until tender. Serve over mashed potatoes, polenta, or roasted vegetables for a nourishing, hearty meal.
