Naturally Fine Cream Texture
Goat milk has naturally small milk-fat globules, and its cream tends to remain more evenly dispersed than the distinct cream layer associated with Jersey cow milk.
This milk is not homogenized. Its texture is part of goat milk’s natural character. Gently shake before pouring.
A Note About Milk Proteins
Goat milk predominantly contains A2-type beta-casein. This describes a milk protein; it does not mean the milk is lactose-free.
Goat milk contains lactose and milk proteins. It should not be assumed suitable for someone with a cow-milk protein allergy, because the proteins can cross-react.
