Tasty, crusty, and chewy, this bread is great on its own, as a sandwich, or alongside soups and salads. Our ciabatta dough is made with organic unbleached wheat, organic whole corn flour, and organic whole oat groats. We top our Roasted Garlic Duckfat Ciabatta with fresh garlic that has been roasted in duckfat from our friends at Hudson Valley Duck Farm in Sullivan County NY for the best garlic bread you've ever had. Great at room temperature, great toasted.
