Our 1lb rosemary epi features organic unbleached all-purpose wheat flour, organic whole corn flour, and organic whole oat groats. We source our rosemary from local farms and grow it ourselves in the summer months. The rosemary is chopped moments before it is added to the dough, so the herbal flavor is sweet and subtle (never musty or overbearing).
The epi shape is a traditional European favorite, and it lets everyone have the crusty end!
