Premium steaks cut into perfectly sized pieces.  Quick cooking and ready for the grill or pan.

When any of our steaks aren't large enough on their own, we cut them into 1-2" pieces and sell as Steak Tips.  All lean, premium cuts get included.  Use for Grilled Kabobs or pan sear and serve over mashed potatoes with a demi-glace.  Premium steak pieces sold at bargain prices.
