Around here, we call them Pterodactyl Wings—and once you see one, you'll understand why.

Our Turkey Wings are enormous compared with a typical chicken wing, with plenty of rich, flavorful meat surrounding the bone. They're a fun cut to cook, incredibly satisfying to eat, and one of the best choices when you want the deep flavor of dark turkey meat.

Turkey Wings really shine with cooking methods that give the meat time to become tender while developing plenty of flavor. Roast them until beautifully browned, smoke them low and slow, braise them until the meat pulls easily from the bone, or season them like an enormous version of your favorite chicken wing.

Their size also makes them much more substantial than ordinary wings. One of these isn't just a snack—it's a serious piece of turkey.

More Than Just a Wing

Turkey Wings are great on their own, but they're also an excellent way to add rich turkey flavor to soups, stocks, beans and slow-cooked dishes. The bones, skin and connective tissue bring depth and body to anything they're cooked with.

Raised Differently at Tussock Sedge Farm

Our turkeys are raised on pasture and moved onto fresh grass twice each day, where they forage naturally on grasses, clover, insects and other plants.

Alongside what they forage on pasture, they're supplemented with a nutritionally balanced organic feed made without corn or soy.

What's growing beneath their feet matters too. Our pastures are 100% zero spray—we don't use herbicides, pesticides or fungicides, including sprays approved for organic production. We also never use antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.

Our turkeys are harvested right here at Tussock Sedge Farm using calm, low-stress handling from beginning to end.
